Jeff Rich! 
I am a 6th year astronomy PhD student at the IfA, at UH Manoa.
My thesis advisor is Lisa Kewley, the title of my thesis is "An Integral Field Study of U/LIRGs." It focuses on an optical integral field spectroscopic survey of the GOALS galaxies.
I am also working with Ann Boesgaard on determining abundances (Be, O, Ti, Fe, etc.) in extremely low metal stars to investigate the galactic history of star formation and the possible Be plateau.
